Governor Pat McCrory and Department of Public Safety Secretary Frank L. Perry attended the first graduation ceremony at North Carolina’s first veterans treatment court in Harnett County today. Today also marks the one year anniversary of this court which provides referrals for treatment, education and vocational programs and community resources while being judicially monitored.
